Do you provide free samples?
Yes, but you will pay for the freight cost.
How about the samples?
We can offer you free samples, but the freight for express is on buyer's account. We will send samples to you via DHL, FEDEX, UPS, or you can also call your local express to pick up samples from our factory.
What is your MOQ?
Normally our MOQ is 3,000-5,000 pieces. However, it depends on the product.
What is the normal lead time?
For common design products: 25-30 days after receiving 50% deposit. For OEM products: 30-35 days after receiving 50% deposit.
How do you control the quality?
We make samples before mass production, conduct random inspections before packing, and take pictures after packing to ensure quality control.
If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?
If any breakage or defect products are found, document with photos or video from the original carton. Claims must be presented within 7 work days after container discharge. We will advise third-party certification or accept claims from your evidence and completely compensate all losses.
