We can offer you free samples, but the freight for express is on buyer's account. We will send samples to you via DHL, FEDEX, UPS, or you can call your local express to pick up samples from our factory.
What is your MOQ?
Normally our MOQ is 3000-5000 pieces. However, it depends on the product.
What is the normal lead time?
For common design products, we will ship within 25-30 days after receiving your 50% deposit. For OEM products, we will ship within 30-35 days after receiving your 50% deposit.
How do you control the quality?
We create samples before mass production, and after sample approval, we begin mass production. We perform random inspections before packing and take pictures after packing.
If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?
If any breakage or defect products are found, you can take pictures or video from the original carton. All claims must be presented within 7 work days after container discharge. We will advise you to certify the claim by third party, or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, and we will completely compensate all your loss.
